I had high hopes for this hotel, especially after confirming a one-bedroom suite with an ocean view. Unfortunately, cleanliness issues were a major letdown, as I found hair and unclean sheets in the room. The staff was friendly and apologetic, offering a full refund, but I still decided to leave for another hotel. On a positive note, I did appreciate their responsiveness. Overall, I expected much more cleanliness for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The beachfront location was stunning, and the rooms were bright, airy, and exceptionally clean. The staff went out of their way to help with transportation and local restaurant information. However, the breakfast arrangements were a bit of a letdown as room service is no longer offered.
